I received an interesting email in my inbox Tuesday afternoon. It was from the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security.The email proudly announced the reopening of McMinnville's Driver Testing Center at 594 Vervilla Road. This majestic reopening will take place Monday, Oct. 17.The email praised state and local officials for their spirit of cooperation, working hand-in-hand to reopen the center.
