Ever go to a nice restaurant and find the best write-up ever for a menu item – one that it would be incredibly hard to say no to because you’re hungry and all you can think about is that next meal - and just before you go to order it, you look for the price tag and it says “market price” or has nothing listed at all? That’s what ran through my head when I saw the city survey offered for potential budget items.
