The other night, a public hearing was held to discuss the new regulations needed in order to build a subdivision in a neighborhood with a narrow road, or at least I think that is what it was about. I was at the hearing, I took notes, listened and even listened a second time when I wrote about it, but I am still unclear what the goal of the hearing was.
