To the editor:Would someone explain to me on what basis I am to make a decision in relation to voting on judges in the upcoming election. I have no knowledge of, nor do I really care about, how they perform their duties. I understand the problems of political appointments for judges but I would say that the general electorate is as clueless as I am.
