Focus on reading and not haircuts TO THE EDITOR:I've listened to several different opinions and read the article concerning the haircut issue at Bobby Ray school. This boils down to leadership and common sense.Let me say I was a geeky kid and anything unusual would grab my attention. But NOT ONCE when I was in school did a haircut or color of any kind, a shirt, etc., cause me (nor any other kid around me) to sit with drool running down my mouth and keep me from paying attention to my school work, teacher instruction, nor anything else required of me at school.
