TO THE EDITOR:I am writing this letter in response to an article Todd Herzog wrote in the Feb. 17 edition of the Southern Standard in regard to Mayor Jimmy Haley's accomplishments. You appear to take the position the mayor single-handedly made all the mentioned accomplishments, if indeed they are accomplishments. Our charter is what is referred to as a "weak mayor" charter.
