TO THE EDITOR:It's hard enough for the elderly to make ends meet each month. Many of these people will still give to help someone in need, whether it be a dollar or a dime.Yet when it comes to dealing with your very own bank, you will be charged $98 for a 2-cent overdraft. That is sad that 2 cents means that much to the already rich to cause someone to go hungry over 2 cents by charging them $98.Keith FrancisRebel Hill StreetMcMinnville
