I stand behind the seriousness of the information presented in the previous article the Southern Standard ran in Sunday's edition about my concerns with the investigation into the burglary of my late father's house. It is important to note that the article clearly stated that there was no response to inquiries from the Southern Standard, sent on May 2 - 3, 2023. The statement provided by the District Attorney's (DA) office says Philip Fairbanks was spreading misinformation due to the fact that they responded in April, to a completely separate set of inquiries.
