I know there’s a certain degree of excitement in Warren County as we prepare for an election-filled year in 2014.But there’s a small town in Utah which doesn’t share our level of enthusiasm when it comes to voting. The town of Wallsburg is so disinterested, officials there forgot to hold an election earlier this month.Said County Clerk Brent Titcomb in a pledge to constituents, “We will remember them in 2015.” Titcomb contends the town mayor and four council members had no hidden agenda in letting the election slide.
