For those involved in any type of animal agriculture, the black vulture (coragyps atratus) is a common and known problem. Commonly called turkey buzzard, or carrion crow, these buzzards spend the day flying around looking for carcasses to feed on. During the past several years, we have seen them in increasing numbers, especially in the last 20 years.
