Winona Faye Rhea, 80, a McMinnville resident and Richmond, Va., native was born Jan. 3, 1938 and died Aug. 11 at her residence following a sudden illness. She was a homemaker, member of the Baptist Church and daughter of the late Wallace R. and Lily Brock Carter. Mrs. Rhea was married August 21, 1954 to Lawson Lee Rhea who preceded her in death.
