Wilma Ruth Powers, 86, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born May 29, 1931 and died June 23 in St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following a brief illness. She was a retired employee of Genesco, member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ and daughter of the late Marion Francis and Myrtle Christian Panter.
