McMinnville resident and Warren County native Wilma Jean Stubblefield, 79, was born Feb. 21, 1938 and died July 9 at her niece’s residence in Tullahoma following a brief illness. Retired from Century Electric and A.O. Smith and a member of Clark United Methodist Church, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Lue Edith Richardson Stubblefield. She was preceded in death by sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Alfred Ramsey.She is survived by sister and brother-in-law, Marguerite and Lee Cooley of Manchester; seven nieces and nephews, David Cooley, Keith Cooley, Todd Cooley, Adrienne and Rob Leray, Patricia Cooley and friend Troy Vance, Ann Bryant, and Wendy Cooley; 10 great-nieces and great-nephews; four great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and numerous cousins and friends also survive.Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 13, at High’s Chapel with Rev. Gerald Harlan officiating.
