Willie Arthur Smith, 95, of McMinnville died Friday, June 28 at his residence. He was born Sept. 3, 1917 in Warren County and was a retired carpenter and a member of Charles Creek The Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for many years. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Mattie Underhill Smith, and his wife Letha Smith.Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Ron Holland, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
