McMinnville resident and Lepanto, AR native William Sherman Fulton, 83, was born Aug. 13, 1934 and died Oct. 19 in St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following an extended illness. A retired forklift driver with Carrier Corporation, a United States Army veteran of Korea, and a member of Trinity Baptist Church, he was the son of the late William Thomas and Callie Kirkland Fulton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter Angie Thomas; two brothers, Harold and Jesse Fulton; and sister Carmalene Payne.He was married on March 14, 1981 to Helen Young Fulton of McMinnville.
