McMinnville resident and Warren County native William Louis “Bud” Hobbs, 82, was born May 15, 1929 and died June 26 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness.A nursery worker and member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Louis Paul and Bessie Belle Graham Hobbs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Rhea; two brothers, Leonard and Jimmy Hobbs, and three sisters, Emma Barks, Frances Crim and Becky Meadows.He is survived by five daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Louie Fleisher, Deborah Hobbs, Cheryl and James Vaughn, and Carolyn and Chris Pinkard, all of McMinnville, and Sandy and Edwin Myers of Altamont; two sons and daughter-in-law, Waymon Hobbs, and Jason and Susan Hobbs, all of McMinnville; 23 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Josie Herrin, Pearl Herrin and Charlotte Bell, all of Morrison, Judy Turner, Rita Ward and Shirley Boles, all of McMinnville, and Barbara Wilson of Sherwood; several nieces, nephews and extended family at NHC.Funeral services were held Monday in High’s Chapel. Burial followed at Mt.
