Mr. William Clay “Billy” Lorance, 75, of McMinnville (Centertown community), died Saturday, May 5, at Raintree Manor Nursing Home in McMinnville after an extended illness. He was born Jan. 9, 1943, in Warren County. Billy was retired from the U T Space Institute where he was a research technician, was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Vietnam War and was a Purple Heart recipient.
