Wendell Norris, 55, of Burkesville, Ky., died Saturday, Jan. 4 as the result of a farm accident.He was born on Sept. 13, 1958 in Glasgow, Ky., to Hyland and Helen Anderson Norris. He was an employee of Gaffney Construction, a farmer, and attended Hanover Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, Michael Gordon Norris of Albany, Ky.; his parents, Hyland and Helen Norris of Burkesville, Ky.; three sisters, Brenda Marsh of McMinnville, Linda Spears and her husband Darrell of Burkesville, and Glenda Willis and her husband Jerry of Burkesville; special friend, Glenda Denton; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral service was held Tuesday at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, Ky., with Tim Struthers officiating.
