A memorial service for Mr. Walter Leighton McMahan, 85, of Morrison will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Shady Grove Cemetery. Mr. McMahan died at his home Feb. 5.Mr. McMahan was born in Coffee County, the son of the late Walter Hill McMahan and Mary Louise Russell. He served his country in the United States Army.
