Valerie Wilson Mangum, 51, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born Jan. 23, 1967 and died June 11 at Cookeville Regional Hospital following a brief illness. She was a homemaker, a Christian and daughter of Jerry and Sandra Wilson of McMinnville. Mrs. Mangum was married May 16, 1997 to Chris Mangum, who survives.
