Troy Nelson Hillis, 55, a Rocky River community resident and Van Buren County native, was born Jan. 26, 1963 and passed away suddenly April 6 at his residence. He was retired from Oster, a member of White Hill Church of Christ, and son of Marlion and Linda Hillis of the Rocky River community. Mr. Hillis was preceded in death by aunt Brenda Shockley.
