Timothy Wallace Vaughn, 52, of McMinnville died Monday, Oct. 3, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville. He was born Dec. 2, 1963, in Cumberland County, believed in the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by his mother Pamela Wallace Vaughn and stepbrother Chris Rice.Survivors include his father and stepmother Jewell and Nancy Vaughn, sister Michelle (Frank) Southard, all of McMinnville, and stepbrother Todd Rice of Sparta. Other family members and friends also survive.Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
