Timothy Michael Vaughn, 48, of McMinnville died Monday, Jan. 5, at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. Born April 30, 1966, in Van Nuys, Calif., he was a retail manager with Mapco, and a Pentecostal. Mr. Vaughn was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Vaughn.Survivors include lifetime friend, Myron Cunningham; father Daniel Vaughn; brothers, Daniel and wife Lina Vaughn Jr., Johnny and wife Jackie Vaughn, Jeffrey and wife Jennifer Vaughn; sisters, Nancy and husband Avery Youngblood, Barbara and husband Patrick O’Neal.
