Mr. Timothy Clark Hollandsworth, 60, of Smithville died Monday, Jan. 23, 2023, at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville. He was born June 30, 1962, in Warren County to the late Flavil Tallman and Helen Lucille Clark Hollandsworth. He attended worship at Smartt Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Lucille Hollandsworth and a brother-in-law, Gerald Wayne Fults.

Survivors include sister and brother-in-law, Sharon (Jimmie Ray) Cope; brother, Flavil Stephen Hollandsworth; nieces, Leslie Whaley and Kirstie (Darran) Dixon; and nephews, Jeff (Brenda) Fults and Keith (Christy) Cope.

Private graveside services and inurnment will be  held at a later date in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Green Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to F.C. Boyd Christian School, 806 Morrison St., McMinnville, TN  37110.
