McMinnville resident Thomas V. Palmer, 77, died Oct. 6.He was born May 20, 1939 to the late Hubert and Juanita Palmer in Columbia, Mo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Palmer; brother Billy Joe Palmer; and infant twin sister.He is survived by sister Francis Johnson; niece Tonya Johnson of Harriman; mother-in-law Lorraine Ruffing of McMinnville, and a host of friends. He was an avid gardener and loved giving away the fruits of his labor.
