Tacy Lynn Hendrixson, 31, of Smithville died Wednesday from injuries received in an automobile accident. She was a homemaker and attended Bethel United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband Nelson Hendrixson of Smithville; five children Caitlyn Clouse, Megan Hendrixson, Krissy Hendrixson, Emily Hendrixson and Tyler Woody; mother Sherry Rankhorn of McMinnville; father Rex (Renee) Clouse of Sparta; God-mother, Lori Driver of Smithville; sister Kira Clouse of McMinnville; maternal grandmother Jan Grissom of McMinnville; several aunts and uncles.
