Hohenwald resident Stephanie D. Carroll, 21, died May 9 at River Park Hospital.She was born in Columbia to Kerry Dale Carroll and Kimberly Hensley Ray. She worked as a human resource assistant. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Samuel Hensley.Survivors include her father and stepmother, Kerry Dale and Tonia Carroll of Hohenwald; mother and stepfather, Kimberly Hensley Ray and Roger Lee Ray of McMinnville; son, River Christan Carroll of Hohenwald; stepbrothers, Jacob and Miles Tenison; maternal grandmother, Betty Reed Lee; paternal grandparents, Billy and Shirley Carroll; maternal great grandmother, Marie Crowell; step paternal grandparents, Kathy Fisher and Generalle Raymer, all of Hohenwald.
