Stacey Bain Powell, 35, died Saturday Dec. 8 at her residence in McMinnville. She was a native of Smithville and was affiliated with Locust Street Church of God and was a surgery tech. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Thurman Napier, Alton Bain, and Willie Mai Cantrell.
