Shirley A. Rotert Rackley, 68, a McMinnville resident and Cleveland, Ohio native was born Dec. 27, 1947 and died Dec. 25 in St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. She was a retired employee of the McMinnville City Police Department and daughter of Margaret Helen Rotert of Willowick, Ohio and the late Norman Russell Rotert. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by great-grandchildren, Olivia and Lydia Campbell.
