McMinnville resident and Painesville, Ohio native Sherry Smith, 54, died unexpectedly June 16 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga.An employee of High Funeral Home, she was the daughter of the late Bobby and Louise Taylor Womack, and was preceded in death by brothers, Bobby Joe Womack and George Womack.She is survived by three children, Jamie Nunley, Tiffany Nunley Smith and Alan Smith, all of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Dezrick Fults and Johnny Fults, both of McMinnville; two sisters, Faye Breedlove of Rock Island and Debbie Proctor of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews and aunt, Bettye Powers of McMinnville.Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at High’s Chapel with Steve Breedlove officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.
