McMinnville resident and Lincoln County native Shawn Keith King, 42, was born Sept. 2, 1974 and died suddenly Jan. 20 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester. An employee of Kasai in Manchester and member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of Paul and Sandra Widner King of Rock Island. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Olela Bates Widner and Wiley Haden Widner.
