Shane Usrey, 35, died Wednesday morning at DeKalb Community Hospital in Smithville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Thomas Usrey. He was a former employee of Star Manufacturing and helped coach DeKalb Junior Pro Pee Wee Football.
He is survived by wife Renee Usrey of Smithville; three sons: Tyler Malone of Alexandria, Cameron and Matthew Usrey, both of Smithville; mother and father, Wilma and Ernest Bouldin of Smithville; brother, B.J. Bouldin of McMinnville; sister, Krystal Usrey of Cookeville; mother-in-law: Carlene Greene of McMinnville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Brad Trapp and Listeth Hale officiating with burial to follow at DeKalb Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 9 a.m. until time of the service at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
DeKalb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
