Mr. Scott Ward Stovall, 68, of McMinnville died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2023, at his residence. He was born Feb. 16, 1955, in Lynwood, Calif., was a member of McMinnville Seventh Day Adventist Church, a retired motor electrician and band teacher.
