Sandra Lee Amos, 68, of McMinnville, passed away Tuesday evening, May 6, at United Regional Medical Center in Manchester.
 She was born Aug. 24, 1945 in Painesville, Ohio to the late Bill Childs and Dorothy Marie Karpowicz Childs. She did lots of arts and crafts and also was an avid possum hunter.
 Surviving family members include three sons, Alan Hayward of McMinnville, Steve Hayward of McMinnville and Arthur Hayward of Texas; stepdaughter, Tracy Woidtke (Bob) of Ohio; sister, Dorene Powers of Memphis; brother, Tommy Carmen of Ohio; grandchildren, Adam and Jill Woidtke; special friend - Bill Christian of McMinnville. Many dear friends and neighbors also survive.
 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Wayne Amos and a brother, Bill Childs.
