Sandra Kay Whitlock McKay, 60, of Scottsdale, Ariz., died Saturday, Jan. 28 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born May 10, 1951, in Detroit, Mich., was a homemaker, member of the Unity Church, and proudly served her country with the Air National Guard. Mrs. McKay was preceded in death by her father Harold Whitlock and a step-sister Sandy Melton.Survivors include her husband, Richard McKay, Scottsdale, Ariz.; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Tonya Hice, Clinton Township, Mich.; step-daughter Lisa Nye, Arlington, Texas; stepsons, Matt McKay, Arlington, Texas, and Derek McKay, Phoenix, Ariz.; three step-grandchildren, mother Juanita Gregory, Knoxville; stepmother, Pat Whitlock, McMinnville; halfsister, Shelia Houser, Knoxville; halfbrother, Glenn Whitlock, Camarillo, Calif.; sister Shirley Webb, McMinnville; uncle and aunt Jess and Ruby Whitlock, McMinnville; aunt Patsy Whitlock, McMinnville.
