Sandi McKeny, 71, of Rock Island passed away Monday, July 9. Born Sept. 17, 1946 in Kokomo, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Katherine Smith. She was a charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles organization 4190 of Rock Island.
