McMinnville resident and Coffee County native Ruth Hicks Webb, 83, was born March 2, 1930 and died May 12 at her residence following an extended illness.A homemaker and a member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Willie Edward and Hannah Vada Pearl Cutts Hicks. She was married Sept. 4, 1948 to Joe Raymond Webb, who preceded her in death March 31, 1990.
