Ruth Boyd Ramsey, 93, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, died Sept. 29 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness. She was a member of the Church of Christ, a charter member of the Church of Christ at Westwood, an educator who taught at Brookside, McMinnville Grammar, West Elementary and William Biles schools for over 40 years in the McMinnville City and Warren County School Systems. Mrs. Ramsey was a graduate of Central High School.
