McMinnville resident and Warren County native Russell Thomas McGee, 70, was born Nov. 28, 1946 and died Oct. 19 at the VA Hospital in Nashville.The son of the late Nile T. and Bessie Lee McGee, he is survived by his children, Kathie McGee of McMinnville; Jeffery T. McGee of McMinnville; Lynn and wife Judy McGee of Smithville, Amanda Serna and husband Jose of McMinnville; halfbrother, James and wife Cheryl Vaughn of McMinnville and nephew Matt Vaughn; grandchildren, John Thomas McGee, Rozzlyn Myers and Luciana Serna, all of McMinnville; stepchildren, Karaline A. Deaton of McMinnville, Seth A. and wife Elizabeth Deaton of Franklin; many family and friends.There will be no visitation.
