Mr. Russell Stephen Baum, 71, of Byrdstown, a native of Callicoon, N.Y., passed away at 8:54 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, at The Medical Center of Kentucky in Bowling Green, Ky., from complications of COVID-19.
