Robert O’Neal Wolford was born July 28, 1930 in St. Louis, Mo., to the late Robert E. Wolford and Marjorie Bolden Wolford Thacker, and died July 14. He was the oldest of five children. Robert grew up in St. Louis where he attended public school.
