Robert M. “Bobby” Williams, 85, of Columbia died Tuesday, April 9.He was born Nov. 22, 1927 to the late Thomas F. Williams and the late Hannah Turney Williams. He graduated from Central High School in 1946 before he attended Gupton-Jones Mortuary College where he graduated in 1948. He then became a second generation owner of the family’s business, Williams Funeral Home until 1982.
