Robert Howard Huntley, 85, of McMinnville died Friday at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville.He was born June 9, 1929 in Van Buren County and was retired from both Carrier and the city of McMinnville, and was a member of the Baptist faith. Mr. Huntley was preceded in death by parents William and Maggie Belle Delong Huntley; daughter Janie Huntley Patrick; sister Henrietta Huntley, two halfsisters Ora Belle Womack and Wavey Harrah, and halfbrother J.B. Huntley.Survivors include wife Fannie Mae Huntley; daughter Kathy (Jeff) Bond of McMinnville; stepdaughter Janice (Rod) Higham of Smithville; sister Jewel (Earl) McCormick of Rock Island; brother Osburn (Ruby) Huntley of McMinnville; and step-grandchildren.Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Sunday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Roy Wayne Cannon Sr. will officiate.
