McMinnville resident and Warren County native Rickey Lane Elkins, 53, was born Aug. 9, 1963 and died Sept. 19 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville following a brief illness.A retired real estate broker and member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ where he served as a deacon, he was the son of Bonnie Elkins Prater of McMinnville and the late Lane Elkins. He was married Aug. 31, 1984 to Beth Ann Cantrell Elkins of McMinnville.
