Ray Donald “Rusty” Webb, 71, of Smithville died Saturday night, April 1, at NHC HealthCare Center after an extended illness. He was born Dec. 13, 1945 to his parents, the late Clyde and Irene Webb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, W.H. Webb.
