McMinnville resident and Rapid City, S.D., native, Ralph Eugene Goff, 78, was born Oct. 7, 1936 and died Nov. 4 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Goff was a retired construction foreman with Baltimore Gas and Electric in Baltimore, Md. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
