Raftman Monroe “Ralph” Blair, 61, a Warren County resident and native, was born Aug. 9, 1957 and passed away June 3 at his residence following a sudden illness.

He was a former employee of Carrier Corporation, an employee of Home Depot and son of the late Kenneth and Melvia McCormick Blair.

Mr. Blair was married Sept. 1, 1983 to Tammy Neely Blair, who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Julie Clark and husband Trey, and Leah Blair and Michael Brewer, all of McMinnville; grandson Jayce Clark of McMinnville; two brothers and sisters-in-law Joe E. and Gina Blair and John and Sherri Blair, all of McMinnville; nieces and nephews Jenny Norris and husband Jonathan, Amy Blair, John Adam Blair, Justin Neely and Jared Neely.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, at High’s Chapel with Paul Roberts to officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
