Phyllis Marie Marken, 82, a McMinnville resident and Wayne County, Mich., native was born July 5, 1936 and died July 19 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a retired baker, member of First Baptist Church and daughter of the late Hazel Adele Marshall Jeffery. Survivors include three daughters and spouses, Audrey Jean and Tommy Medina of Lincoln Park, Mich., Gloria Ann and Daniel Lee Vance of McMinnville, and Kim and Brian Kelly of Lake Orion, Mich.; three sons and spouses, Donald Raymond and Lucy Marken Jr. of Garden City, Mich., Gary and Cyndi Marken of Surprise, Ariz., and Greg and Jody Marken of River View, Mich.; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jim and John and spouses, all of Michigan; two sisters, Pat and Carol and spouses all of Michigan; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.There will be no visitation or service at High’s.
