Mr. Phillip Norman Sandlin, 58, born Jan. 21, 1963, in McMinnville and died Oct. 6 at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. He was self-employed with A & P Upholstery, previously attended Madison Street Baptist Church, and loved to coach softball and basketball.
