Peggy Sue Snow, 71

Peggy Sue Snow, 71, a McMinnville resident and Wilson County native, was born Dec. 27, 1947 and passed away April 24 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was a retired special education bus driver with the Warren County School System, member of Bybee Branch Church of Christ, and daughter of the late Al and Jo Polson Pedigo. Mrs. Snow was married Nov. 2, 1967 to Larry Dan Snow, who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers Ralph Estes and Barry Estes.

Survivors include three children and spouses, Chris and Lori Snow and KrisAnn and Kendall Mayfield, all of McMinnville, and Matt and Jennifer Snow of Murfreesboro, seven grandchildren, Adry and Aryn Snow and Zack Stanley (Anna), all of McMinnville, Jayleigh Ryan, Matty Snow, Cameron Guthrie and Kelsie Guthrie, all of Murfreesboro; two brothers, Gary Pedigo of Tullahoma, and Ronnie Polson of Lewisburg, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Beth and Robin Treadway of Nashville, brother-in-law Tommy Snow of Portland, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 26, at High’s Chapel with Randal Gann, Tony Lawrence and Zack Stanley to officiate. Entombment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Friday until the time of service at High’s. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gideons, Kids of the Community, or McMinnville Special Games.
